This is a very exciting time as we welcome in a New Year with high hopes and great expectations.
Keep them upbeat and reachable, but remember to take some time to set some goals and decide early what will make 2012 a successful and satisfying year for you.
Visit them monthly to remain on track so at year end, when you look back, you can easily measure how well you have done.
