Shirley Derstine is a wonderful asset to TSI Associates, Inc.  Not many of our clients have ever met her or really know she exists.  Her influence and impact on the productivity of our operation are felt everyday.

Shirley takes care of our files about 20 hours per week.  Keeping a minimum of 5 years’ worth of hardcopy files active is something we need to do efficiently everyday.  We wish we could keep more because it is amazing how often we need a hardcopy of an old sample or design that has not been used in years.

From the active daily orders placed everyday to the neat organization of the entire file area, Shirley’s conscious and dedicated attitude to accuracy saves us time and frustration.  It also keeps our CSR’s sane and people on hold less because we can find things fast.

Much of our information is stored under the client name and order number in our computer system.  We still need hard copies to show samples, paper weight, ink coverage, perfs, how it folds, etc.

Actually, we met Shirley in our Standard Register days and when we needed help with our files, we went and found her to help us again.

Happy 15 years with TSI, Shirley!  Thank you for taking care of our clients and all of us.  We appreciate your effort!
